We want to deliver your fantastic new product to you as soon as possible. If an item is in stock, we aim for 2 – 3 working days. We only use trusted and secure carriers so you can be sure that your product is in safe hands through every step of the process.
The delivery charge depends on the speed you choose and the item you have ordered. With a number of options available, you can choose the ideal selection to suit you. For orders over £600, we offer free deliveries.
To place an online order you will need to supply a credit or debit card to charge for the cost of your purchase. We accept all major cards including Visa Debit, Visa Credit and Mastercard.
While it is possible to check out without creating an account, it is beneficial to create one so you can keep track of your orders. Opting in to our mailing list also allows us to keep you abreast of new, exciting additions to our product selection and offers.
Once your order has been despatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If it has not yet been despatched, we may still be able to cancel the order, depending on where it is in the despatch process. Please contact customer services for more help.
